The Steel Canopy is built on a production line using the same technology that is used in the manufacture of motor vehicles. The material is a zincalume alloy steel which is the same quality and strength steel used in vehicles today.
Welding is carried out robitcally so a consistent quality is achieved and the canopy is finished using the same four-stage painting process as used for a new vehicle. First a primer is applied, followed by an undercoat. Two top coats are then applied in the same colour code as your vehicle. The paint is applied using an EDP – Electronically Dipped Process – which means your canopy will have even greater protection.
Each and every individual canopy is factory tested for water leakage and a final inspection takes place prior to leaving the Razorback warehouse so we know that we are provided the best in quality and workmanship throughout the manufacture and delivery process.
